Open enrollment for 2019 marketplace health insurance plans is here! Starting November 1st and running through December 15th, Americans will be able to enroll in qualifying health insurance plans and qualify for premium tax credits through the federal health insurance exchange. This will be the only time to to enroll in 2019 marketplace health insurance plans without a qualifying for a special enrollment period.
When you call American Exchange, we navigate through the marketplace so you don’t have to. A licensed agent will complete the marketplace application for you at no cost. Most states have multiple carrier options with a variety of plans to choose from. During the application process, the marketplace will determine if you qualify for an advanced premium tax credit (APTC) to assist with the monthly premium. Whether you qualify for an APTC or not, we will discuss the options available in your area. Once enrolled, we also upload any necessary documentation to the marketplace for you.
