Bobby founded American Exchange during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act with the mission of helping consumers understand the complexities of the healthcare journey. Staying hyper-focused on customer needs has allowed American Exchange to deliver much-needed services in the healthcare space. Outside of American Exchange, he gets the most joy from serving and assisting non-profit organizations in the community and individuals in need.

Andrew is passionate about helping people understand health insurance options. Since 2013 he has worked with many community-based organizations to set up enrollment resources for people within the communities that they serve.

Rachel is a health insurance benefits management and customer service expert who is dedicated to making interactions with American Exchange representatives an easy and enjoyable experience. As one of the leads of our Customer Service team, she helps create processes to efficiently and satisfactorily assist our callers.

Mallory is passionate about our role as advocates for our clients with their health insurance plans. She helps lead our Customer Service team and oversees training to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service to each client.

Wayne uses his exceptional communications skills to help clients align business solutions to the unique healthcare needs in their communities.

Parker is responsible for the day-to-day financial needs of the company. Parker is a University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate and joined the American Exchange team in 2021. When not at work, Parker can be found at the lake on his hydrofoil.

Susan has worked in the healthcare sector for many years. She is motivated to help everyone obtain coverage that meets their needs and is thrilled to be part of a truly incredible team at American Exchange.

Michelle, an American Health Insurance Plan (AHIP)-certified Medicare sales agent, enjoys helping clients understand Medicare Parts A and B, Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Part D (prescription drug coverage), and Medigap insurance plans. Since 2005, she has built relationships with clients, helping them to navigate the healthcare system, take advantage of Medicare covered services, and access expanded benefits, such as fitness programs, offered by health plans.

Kelsey is a licensed health insurance benefits expert who enjoys working with people to find the right Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace plan to meet their health, lifestyle, and budgetary needs.
